1/2 C butter
1/2 C onion chopped
1 large green pepper sliced thin
2 lb, sirloin steak sliced thin
1/8 t. garlic powder
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 cube beef bullion
1T. cornstarch
1/4 C. water
3 T. soy sauce
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt I do not add the salt it makes it to salty for me.

Directions:

In a skillet melt butter, add onion and green pepper; saute about 3 minutes.
Remove the peppers and onions and set aside. Add pepper, sprinkle with garlic powder and saute stirring slightly until brown.
Add tomatoes and bouillon, simmer for about 10 minutes.
Blend together cornstarch water, soy sauce sugar and salt; stir into meat mixture and cook just until thickened. Add onion and green pepper; heat thoroughly.
Serve over butter rice.
