1 salmon fillet
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 cedar plank

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon fillet skin side down on the cedar plank. Spread salt evenly over the top of the fillet. Cook on the smoker at 220º until cooked. Salmon is cooked properly when it is flaky. The internal temperature of the salmon should be 145º. Approximately one hour. Do not overcook. Serve with club crackers and Cheese Whiz.
