1/4 Cup Cilantro
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic

2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

1 Tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 Tsp Ancho Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Chili Powder


1 Tsp Kosher Salt, Coarse
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin, Ground

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Mix all ingredients well

Pour over chicken and marinade for a few hours.
