Ingredients:  
1 loaf French Bread
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup grated aged cheddar
1 cup grated swiss
1 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread in thick slices, about one inch.

Blend all three cheeses and melted butter in a bowl until smooth.

Spread a thick layer of cheese on bread.

Broil in oven until golden brown

Given to me from a waiter in Whistlers Hy's restaurant, this is truly a family favourite!
