6-8C Tomatoes, blanch & peel
1 can Tomato Paste
1 onion, diced
1 T Italian Seasoning
1-2T Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
3 head of garlic
1/4 c Basil or Italian Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a roasting pan. Roast at 350* until sauce is reduced by half. This will take 3-4 hours depending on how “liquidy” your tomatoes are.

Blend, bag and freeze
