2 łyżeczki śmietany z nerkowców
Świeży koperek

Directions:
Directions:
Do przegotowanej, letniej szklanki wody, dodaję pół szklanki wody z ogórków. Dodaje1/2 awokado i 1/2 ogórka, czosnek z ogňrkňw i miksuje. Do tego dodaję1/2 awokado i 1/2 ogórka bardzo drobno pokrojonego, i 2 łyżki śmietany z nerkowców. Dodaję świeżo pokrojony koperek na wierzch.Dodaję świeży pieprz.
