1 fresh beef brisket (flat cut)
1 cup burgundy
1 can beer
1 package dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine burgundy, beer and soup mix and pour over brisket. Cook either in a slow cooker - or- sealed in foil and baked slowly for several hours.

Split hero rolls- place on cookie sheet and heat in oven a few minutes to dry out.
Buy Au Jus mix and add to marinade. Heat and put a little on each roll before adding thinly sliced meat.
