1 package large pasta shells
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, drained

1/2 cup white wine
2 cups whipping cream
1 ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 cups mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350º

Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse in cold water and allow to dry. Remove casing from sausage. In a large skillet cook sausage, ground beef, onions and garlic until meat crumbles and no longer pink. Drain And place in a large bowl. Add spinach, tomatoes And mozzarella cheese. Set aside.

Add wine to skillet, stirring to loosen brown bits; bring to a boil. Add whipping cream, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Cover and set aside.

Spoon meat mixture into cooked shells and place in greased baking dish. Baked, covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes. Uncover and pour cream mixture over stuffed shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
