PIE:
8 oz can crushed pineapple
2 c sour cream
small package instant vanilla pudding
1 tbsp sugar
½ c walnuts or pecans
1 graham cracker crust
TOPPING:
½ pint whipping cream(Instead I usually
1-2 tbsp sugar. use8oz Cool Whip)

Directions:

PIE:
Beat first 4 ingredients with electric mixer for 1 minute. Add nuts. Pour into graham cracker crust.
TOPPING:
Beat cream with sugar until forms soft peaks. Spread top of pie with whipped cream (or with Cool Whip)
Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
