2 lbs of beef stew meat, cut into 1” cubes
2/3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp thyme
1½ tbsp garlic powder
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup dried chopped onion (equal to 1 medium onion)
4 cups beef broth
1½ lbs red potatoes, diced
20 baby carrots
1 celery stalk, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put the flour into a plastic bag. Add the beef and shake to coat.

Put the beef in the cooker and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir mixture, cover with the lid, and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
