Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Pound Breakfast Sausage (browned and drained)
6 Eggs (beaten)
2 Cups Milk
6 Slices Broken Bread
1 1/2 Cups Grated Medium Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Lg. Jar Sliced Mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain Sausage.
Mix Eggs and Milk together.
Add Salt, Pepper and mustard,
Add Bread and stir to soften.
Stir in Cheese, Sausage and mushrooms.
Pour into greased 9 X 13 glass baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
