1½ lb. ground beef
1 c. onion (chopped)
12 oz. can corn (drained)
1 can cream of chicken
3 c. noodles
1 can cream of mushroom
1 c. sour cream
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. soft bread
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in corn, soups, sour cream, and seasonings. Add cooked noodles. Turn into 2 ½ qt. casserole. Combine 1 c. soft bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. butter and sprinkle atop. Bake.
