8 slices bread
2 c. turkey
c. onions
c. celery
c. mayo
salt
pepper
1 4 oz. can mushroom
2 beaten eggs
⅓ c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
c. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 2 slices bread. Cut into " cubes, set aside. Cut remaining bread into 1" cubes. Put in dish. Combine vegetable and meat, mayo, and seasoning. Spoon over cubes. Top with remaining cubes. Combine egg and milk and pour over all. Cover & chill overnight. Spoon soup over all. Sprinkle with buttered cubes and bake 50 minutes at 325. Sprinkle with cheese last 5 minutes.
