2 (20 ounce) bags frozen corn defrosted
8 oz. whipping cream
1 c milk
1 t salt
6 t sugar
pinch of white pepper
2 T melted butter
2 T flour

Directions:

Directions

Combine all ingredients except butter and flour in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower the flame and simmer for 5 min. Blend the butter with the flour. Add to the corn and mix well. Remove from the heat and pour into a decorative bowl.

This is NOT your "canned cream corn" I always make this recipe when I have an Elegant Buffet Style Dinner Party. It goes really well with Prime Rib or a sliced fillet.
