1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese-softened
2 c low fat vanilla yogurt
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 pint fresh strawberries or raspberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º degrees. Prepare cake batter as directed. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350º degrees for 28 to 30 minutes (check with wooden pick to see if done). Beat cream cheese at medium speed for 1 minute or until creamy. Add yogurt, powdered sugar, and lemon zest. Beat 1 to 2 minutes until smooth chill cool cake in pan then invert pan and cut into pieces arrange cake in trifle bowl carefully spread ⅓ chilled cream cheese mixture onto cake repeat 2 more times
smooth last layer of cheese mixture then add fruit. Cover chill for 1 hour.
