2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 onion chopped
2 cups chicken broth
10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
3 cups cooked white rice
2 cups shredded cheese

1. Place everything but the white rice and the cheese in the Instant pot.
2. Cover and set the valve to sealing. Set the pressure for 30 minutes.
3. Quick releasing to naturally release the pressure.
4. Shred the chicken.
5. Add in the cooked rice and the cheese. Stir to combine the bottom of the pot.
6. Let sit until the cheese is melted and serve.
