1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cups sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 cups vegetable oil
2 - 3 very ripe bananas, mashed smooth
1 cup finely chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl; add eggs, oil and bananas; best until smooth. Stir in walnuts if using. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
