1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
7-8 Garlic Cloves minced & separarted
2 T Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
1 T Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk together in small sauce pan soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar & 5 of the minced cloves
In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water til smooth
Add cornstarch to honey garlic mixture in pan over medium heat bring to a boil.
Lower heat slightly and cook for 5 minutes
Remove from heat add remaining 2-3 minced garlic cloves and stir
Let sauce cool. Can make ahead and will keeep in frig for 2 weeks

Use in hot Chicken salad in my cookbook or perfect to add to any stir fry may want to add fresh grated ginger or sritacha sauce or Chinese chile paste to kick it up a notch.
