Chicken - Boneless skinless thighs or chicken breasts
Sour cream
garlic powder
salt
pepper
melted butter
Ritz crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Dredge the chicken in sour cream, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roll the chicken around in crushed Ritz crackers.

Put on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with melted butter

Bake at 425 for 45 minutes
