1½ c. brown sugar
⅓ c. oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk (1 c milk & 1 tbsp vinegar)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2½ c. flour
2½ c. chopped apples


Topping
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
½ c. sugar

Directions:
cream sugar. oil and egg. add milk & our. Mix in flour and soda then apples. Pour topping mixture on top and then bake in greased 9 x 13 for 45 minutes at 325º
