1 lb ground beef
½ c uncooked rolled oats
½ c nonfat dry milk crystals
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
¼ c catsup (optional)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ c water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, rolled oats, dry milk, egg, onion, catsup, salt, and pepper. Mix together well. Shape into 6 small loaves. Place in a heavy skillet. Pour ½ cup water in skillet; cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Turn loaves over; cover and cook about 30 minutes or until done.

The meatloaf may be shaped into 1 loaf and baked in a loaf pan at 350º for 45 minutes.
