¼ Cup Coarse-Grain or Dijon-Style Mustard
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Mayo
1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley, Rosemary or Tarragon
1 ½ Tsp. Pork Rub (Your Favorite)
2 Pork Tenderloins (12-14 Ounces Each)

In a small bowl combine mustard, honey, mayo, parsley and pork rub, stir into a mix. Pour mustard honey mix over tenderloins turning to coat all sides. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Preferred cooking method is a smoker or grill but this can be cooked like you would any tenderloin. Grill for 30-40 minutes or until the pork reaches 160º transfer to a cutting board and let rest for at least 3 minutes. Slice and serve!
