3 cups white sugar
¾ cup boiling water
½ cup syrup, flavoring

Cook sugar, syrup and water until a little tested in water forms soft ball,then add vanilla. Then pour over the whites of 2 well beaten eggs and beat until it will mold in any shae
Then put on greased paper
