2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless/skinless
3 T. oil
2-10 ¾ can cream of chicken soup
2-10 oz. packages frozen broccoli spears
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. Curry powder
2 T. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs

In 10 inch skillet saute chicken in oil until done.
Place frozen(I use fresh, uncooked) broccoli in colander and press water out. Spray a 9x13 baking pan. Lay broccoli on bottom of pan, top with cooked chicken, cut into 8 pieces. In medium mixing bowl, combine soup, mayo, curry and lemon juice, mix well. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
