1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup All purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
combine wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, and baking posder. give a quick mix

add warm water, little by little to make a soft dough

rest 5 minutes

make lemon size balls coat each ball with flour

roll each dough piece to a rough circle by dusting the work surface

heat up a skillet and place the tortillas and allow them to cook for 1 minute until you see brown spots appear

flip and cook for 10 - 15 seconds

serve warm
