1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 cups thin potato slices
2 T. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper; stir over low heat until smooth. Add potatoes and chives; mix well. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.

Make Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking. Cover; refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, bake as directed.
