1 can (15 oz/395ml) pumpkin
1 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice (your preference for spice)
3 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix pumpkin, dry pudding and spice in a large bowl with whisk until blended.

2. Stir in Cool Whip.

3. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Serve in a hollowed out small fresh pumpkin. Serve with graham crackers or ginger snaps!
