2 c. plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 squares Bakers unsweet chocolate, melted
1/3 c milk
2 /3 c chopped nuts
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:

Sift together flour,baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Cream shortening with sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add chocolate. Add flour mixture alternating with milk. Stir in nuts. Chill 2-3 houre until firm. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll into powdered sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º for 20 minutes.
