1/2C Butter
1/4C Brown Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1C Flour
BEAT VERY WELL ADD EGG AND FLOUR
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites

Dip balls in egg whites and then in ground pecans

Push thumb in centre to make hole for jam

Bake 350 for 10mins

Cool and fill with jam

Will stay fine in Tupperware or tin
