150g of whole wheat linguine
½ cup peas, frozen
a handful of greens

Dressing:
4 Tbsp, hummus
2 tsp tahini or other nut butter
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soya sauce or tamari
2 Tbsp. fresh or frozen chopped parsley

Garnish:
Nutritional yeast flakes

Directions:
- Bring water to a boil, add pasta, and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Add water if too chunky.
- Place handful of greens on the bottom of each serving bowl or plate.
- Drain noodles and return to pan. Add the dressing and mix until all noodles are coated with dressing.
- Place the noodles on top of the greens in each serving bowl and garnish with a generous portion of yeast flakes.
- You change easily change this recipe up with beans or roasted veggies.
