2 C Sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 C cocoa
1/2 C milk

2 C oats
1/2 C coconut
1/2 C peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and heat until melted. Boil for one minute
Add next four ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on parchment paper. May decorate with candied fruit or nuts for color. Allow to cool.

These were another family favorite. They are quick to make and freeze well. I made dozens and dozens of these along with Molasses Cookies for Jennifer's wedding reception.
