1 peck tomatoes - ¼ bushel
3 large onions, chopped
6 large celery stalks w/leaves, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
2 lbs. brown sugar
¼ c. salt
1 Tbls. each cinnamon, cloves, dry mustard
1 qt. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch, peel and chop tomatoes, cook 15 min.
Drain off about ½ of the liquid.
Add other vegetables and cook 1½ hours.
Add spices, sugar and vinegar and cook until it thickens, about 1-2 hours.
Could take longer to cook down
Can with hot pint jars and lids.
