2 1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup crumbled corn flakes (about 1 1/4 cup of flake makes 3/4 after crumbled)
1, 6 oz package of cherry chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Sift flour and salt together. Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, vanilla, flour, cornflakes and cherry chips.

Roll into 1" balls and place onto greased cookie sheet.

Flatten each ball with a fork - lengthwise and then crosswise.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
