Flank Steak w/Mexican Marinade Recipe

2-3 lbs of flank steak

1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of lime juice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of orange juice

1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro (preferably fresh but dried will work)

1 teaspoon of dried oregano
3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of paprika

1 tablespoon of white sugar

Mix all ingredients well

Pour over beef and marinade for a few hours, best if you can marinade overnight.

Grill to your doneness liking.
