Spiced Orange Pecans Recipe

1/4 C orange juice
1 Tbsp grated orange rind
1/2 cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
1 C sugar
4 C pecans halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine orange juice, orange rind, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and sugar.

Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in pecans.

Cook until well coated and syrup is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, and stir until pecans separate.

Spread onto waxed paper to cool.

My neighbor, Aileen Parker, makes these spiced pecans-she tells me these are "easy". And, I tell you they are very good.!
