Salad greens ( I use spring mix with spinach or mixed field greens)
Roasted beets (see recipe in miscellaneous section)
Feta cheese (can also use bleu cheese too but I LOVE the feta rolled in cranberries and orange peel
Pecan halves or pieces
Craisins

Favorite Balsamic dressing

Layer greens over platter. Layer all ingredients listed above. Drizzle with dressing and serve
