⅔ cup melted butter
cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
cup sesame seeds
cup pumpkin seeds
cup sunflower seeds
1 cups slivered almonds
cup pecan pieces
2 cups coconut

Preheat oven to 325. Mix butter, sugar and extracts. Mix with oatmeal. Bake 5 minutes, stir and bake another 5 minutes. Add the sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Bake 5 minutes. Stir and add almonds and pecans. Bake 5 minutes. Stir and add coconut. Bake 5 minutes and stir. Repeat this 4 more times until nicely browned.
