Vadalia onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 T Worchestershire sauce
2 T Balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 beer
Ribeye steaks

Montreal Steak Seasoning

Ingredients for "Bull Butter"
1 stick butter
2 T A-1 steak sauce
1 T worchestershire sauce
1/4 t salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t minced onion
1 t hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients and place with ribeye steaks in large Ziplock bag. Place in the refrigerator overnight, turn bag over periodically. It doesn't hurt to rough the steaks up a little to tenderize them.
Take steaks out of the bags and place on a platter to bright them to room temperature before cooking. This is vital to a tender steak. Turn grill on to heat it up and rub grated with olive oil.
Place steaks on grill with tongs (no forks). Cook on each side 5-7 minutes. This depends on thickness of steaks and personal preference.
After the second side is done, add the " butt butter" and the Montreal steak seasoning. Again, using only tongs, immediately wrap the steaks in foil and let sit for 7-10 minutes away from the heat. This allows them to finish cooking internally and retains the juices. No salt or pepper.
