1 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag tater tots
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with a generous amount of shredded cheese.
Layer the tater tots over the cheese and drizzle some cheese over the top. In a preheated oven to 375 degrees bake for 20 minutes.
