Ingredients:  
fresh chopped onion and garlic
3 cups rice
6 cups water
chicken oxo, to taste
salt, to taste
1 bag frozen butternut squash
oil and butter, for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion and garlic in a bit of oil and butter. Add rice, chicken oxo and salt. Add water and cook. Fry butternut squash in butter for a few minutes. Toss together with rice and serve.
