2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained well
1 cup mayo
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Salt and Pepper to taste

Topping:
2 cups crackers, crushed
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for topping ingredients.
Mix well and spread evenly into pan.
Top with crackers mixed with the melted butter.

Bake for about 35 minutes or until set and browned.
