1 box Rice a Roni long grain and wild rice (follow ingredients on pkg.)

Green onions -1 bunch washed and cut into small pieces (reserve some of green tops for decoration (you know what I mean)

Handful of sugar snap peas - Remove string and wash

Cooked and deveined shrimp. If frozen, let thaw and remove tails.

Cook rice according to directions in a large frying pan.

About 10 minutes before done, add shrimp, onions and peas.

Remove from heat and top with green onions, reserved.

I bet sliced almonds would be good on top, too. I think I'll try it next time.

This was an easy meal and I had shrimp in the freezer that needed to be used.

This is a Hallmark Channel recipe. It called for millet but I couldn't find it so I used the rice mix.
