2C Flour
1tbsp Sugar
1tbsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/4tsp Salt
1/2C cold Butter
1C Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt

Cut in butter until in tiny bits

Add just enough sour cream to moisten to form balls


Pat dough into disc 2CM thick

Cut into circles

Bake 425F for 15mins until golden
