1 C Ground Pecans or Walnuts
1 C Butter (can't be margarine)
3/4 C Sugar
2 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and knead quickly to smooth dough. Shape dough into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool for 1 minute. Roll cookies in powdered sugar. Cool cookies another few minutes and roll in powdered sugar again.
