3 Tbs sesame oil
10oz med shrimp, peeled & deviled
5 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 C sliced green onions
16oz riced cauliflower
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 1/2 tsps sesame oil in large skillet over med high. Add shrimp, cook 3 min. Remove from pan.

Add 1 1/2 tsps oil, add eggs cook 2 min.. stirring once. Fold cooked eggs in half, remove from pan.
Cool & cut into 1/2 inch pieces.

Heat 2 Tbs oil in pan over med high. Add 3/4 C green onions & cauliflower, cook 5min. without stirring or until browned . Stir in shrimp, eggs, salt & pepper.
Top with remaining onions.
