Ingredients:  
2/3 C canola oil
1/2 C cilantro
6 Tbs lime juice
1 1/2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs chipotle chile powder
3 chipotle chiles canned in adobe sauce
3 garlic cloves
1 small red onion, chopped

6 skin-on bone in chicken thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in food processor - pulse to puree.
Set aside 1/2 C refrigerate.
pour remaining marinade in zip lock bag oven chicken, turn to coat.
Refrigerate 48 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade.
Brush chicken with oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Oil grate, grill chicken on both sides until done.
Brush chicken with reserved marinade & grill an additional 1-2 min
