Main Slutty Brownie Recipe

1 batch of chocolate chip cookie dough (below)
2 boxes brownie mix (prepared per manufacturer’s directions)
2 10.5 oz. bags of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a silicon muffin pan, or muffin pan lined with paper inserts, put a layer of cookie dough in the bottom of each cavity. Place a peanut butter cup upside-down on top of the cookie dough. Fill the rest of the muffin cavity with brownie batter. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. For mini muffins, use miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter cups or chopped up regular sized peanut butter cups.
 

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough


Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter softened
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs
2 Cups (12 oz.)Semi-Sweet chocolate chips

In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt
In a large bowl, combine the Butter, granulated and brown sugars, and vanilla and beat until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Beat in flour mixture gradually.
Stir in chocolate chips
