1 C flour (Cup4Cup-GF)
1 C fat free plain greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 375º
Put dry ingredients in a bowl & add yogurt
Using a spatula mix ingredients together well
Place on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth
add a little flour as needed
Divide into 4 equal parts (small bagels)
Roll into ball and then flatten into a circle
Poke a hole in the center
Brush with egg mixed with a drop of water over the tops
sprinkle with your favorite seasonings (EBTB, sesame, salt,poppy seeds)
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet
bake for 25-30 min until browned
