2 cups of full bodied red wine (zinfandel)
3-4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
1 Tablespoon fresh Rosemary, chopped or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon kosher Salt
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat wine to boiling, Boil until it is reduced by half about 10 minutes.
Add rosemary
Turn off the heat and wait until the wine has stopped bubbling.
Add the tablespoons of butter, one tablespoon at a time
Swirl each tablespoon into the sauce until it is completely incorporated before adding the next tablespoon of butter
Add salt and pepper to taste
