6 pork chops (uncooked)
Salt and pepper
1 envelope onion soup
1 green, yellow or orange pepper, chopped
1 cup ketchup and 1 T worchestershire sauce - mixed together
2 cups boiling water
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chops in greased casserole - do not overlap! Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dry onion soup mix. Add layer of peppers and rice, spreading evenly. Drizzle a mixture of ketchup and worchestershire sauce over top and pour hot (boiling) water over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. (Maybe 70 minutes if using long cooking rice) Adding more water may be necessary, near the end so rice will be moist and not dry.
